As, we dig deeper into Assets. Let’s define what is an Asset?
According to the words of Robert Kiyosaki: “Asset is something that will put money into your pocket.”
See, Asset requires to be nurtured. And, over a period, it will produce abundant fruits for us.
Now, let’s dig deeper into, how do we choose assets?
So, according to Robert Kiyosaki, there are 4 assets that will make us rich, the more we learn about them, better and faster results we will get. These 4 assets are:

3. Papers, that is, Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds etc.
If you don’t have much knowledge about these assets or if you don’t have much money to invest in these assets. Then invest your time to learn about them. This way, you will surely create a SOFT ASSET of knowledge, that will be translated into reality and you will have them all, very soon.
In this particular post, I will dig deeper into the No. 1 asset, called BUSINESS. And, since we are growing our online business, let’s explore DIGITAL ASSETS available for us.
TOP-8 Digital Assets
These are the Digital Assets, after getting set-up properly in our system, can potentially enhance our income and brings greater opportunities for us, as an online entrepreneur. These assets will bring out your true digital persona. And, these assets will work for you while you sleep. So, let’s explore them, one-by-one.
Our personal blog/website is our online home, where we can
- sell our products,
- advertise our own service
- advertise other services we believe in.
- Place good educational contents through our blog posts.
- Put gifts and bonuses to subscribers. And so on.
Having a well-furnished online-home is an art to learn. So, start dreaming of your new online home and decorate with more innovative assets, as described below.
2. Landing Page:
It is a common scenario that people will find your website content through a google search. They will visit your website, browse your product and services. After their requirement is met, they are gone. You have no track record of your customers.
So, how to make your visitors to visit your website again and again?
By getting their e-mail addresses!
Remember, online businesses are done in your inbox.
Now, how to get e-mail addresses from your visitors?
Here comes the necessity of a landing page. You should provide a free gift such as PDF, video course or a live webinar, in order to provide desired value to your genuine visitors. Your visitors will give their email addresses to get their free gifts.
And, you will have them in your e-mail list, which is another asset, described below.
3. E-Mail List
Your e-mail list is your unshakable online asset. Through an e-mail list, you will have contact e-mails of all your customers who are interested to buy your products or avail your services. You can have multiple lists for different customer segments based on our different products. This list of your customers will be engaged with you for the long term. And, your list will grow significantly every single month. As your list grows, your business booms.
It’s been said that every $1 spent in e-mail marketing, generates $44 in returns. So, it’s a huge online asset.
4. Social Followers
As your influence grows, your social followers in social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and so on, will be your huge asset. People will appreciate your ideas and your influence will grow further.
5. E-Mail Sequence
In your overall e-mail list, there are people in different stages. Categories such as:
- New Members, getting into your list
- Members availing your different services A, B, or C. You need different email sequence for them.
- For new announcements or launches.
6. Video Content and Digital Products
You can create good video content in your niche and arrange it in a course format. It will be your most valuable asset.
Your videos will work all the time, even while you are asleep.
If you are creating a video course, it is better to keep them in at least 2 part.
1st part can be your tripwire or low ticket product and 2nd part will be your core high-ticket product.

YouTube is the most popular website on the internet worldwide. It can build your credibility significantly and take it to the next level. According to studies, more than 5 Billion videos are watched on YouTube every single day. And, the majority of viewers falls in the age group of 18-49 years.
So, think about it, what you can offer so that people will find great value from your videos! Such that they will become addicted to them and wait for your next video. And, you will also enjoy creating your content.

There are always many products and services that you use are wonderful and you should recommend them to others. For example below are some digital services I love:
